Crash Course in keeping clean/tidy
ok, so our house has been on the market for 2 weeks....
It has been looked at 3 times now, the first 2 times I have had to rush around and finish cleaning up before the prospective purchaser comes to see it...
I am now in the process of a crash course in "Keeping my house spottless"
This will come in handy as I get ready to move into the new house, and after we move in.

Been there, done that!
My favorites (ha ha) were the ones who'd be in the car on the way over and call to let me know they'd be there in ten minutes. Ugh! A couple of times I had to quickly stash some laundry (no laundry room, so it was always sorted in piles in the hallway floor near the washer-- didn't think prospective buyers should have to jump over the piles on laundry day, lol!). I made extra efforts during those days to keep things at least presentable, if not "perfect". I hope your house sells soon so you can relax!
