    Default The Declutter Dare!

I am going to put forth a challenge: I dare anyone who would like to participate to declutter one item -- just one thing! -- each day. Come back, tell us what you decluttered, and where it went. Did it go in the trash? Did it go in a donation box? Did it get recycled?

Try not to go overboard and declutter a million things at once -- you won't be able to continue the challenge, and it won't be as fun!

I'll start. I am going to declutter an empty box of crackers sitting on DH's desk. It's going to the garbage.

    Bright Blessings!

I've been working on decluttering my linen closet! I've already given 6 bags of stuff to Salvation Army and I'm not half done!

I've been decluttering all week. My bedroom is a mess because I pullled a lot of stuff out of there and it's not going back in there.

Ooooh, everyone did so well! There were some great items. Okay, Day 2:

I'm going ot declutter one tiny pile of papers from my computer desk -- they're all a bunch of notes that I've not looked at in a week, so into the garbage they go!

I'm taming the paper tiger. With the kids both going off to college I have mail and junk all over. I'll be going thru them all and getting rid of what I really don't need.

I cleaned in the laundry room today. Most of what I had were things that needed to be put away where they belong. I even took everything out of the cupboards and wiped them down. I ended up with small bag of trash and an old pair of shoes to throw out. It looks so nice, now if it would only stay this way!
