    Default Decluttering Day #6

Good morning, all! Well, as of this morning I sold two PC games, so technically, I'm purging them from my house...right?

I'm also going to clean off the bulletin board in the kitchen. Time to make room for new artwork from the kids for this school year!

How about you? What will you get rid of?

Okay, I need to go through the "no match sock basket" and get rid of the loners. I keep hoping the other sock will come home!

I am continuing to declutter my closet. It just had so much stuff in it. Also, working on bathroom cupboard, and endless hot spot on kitchen counter! Also going in my dungeon sewing room and sorting out for my 5 min. room rescue. I just go in, pick up a few things to pitch or put away, then leaving. When it gets better, I'll start doing a real sort in there. Planning to turn it into a sanctuary of sorts for me, with a chair, music, and my sewing stuff.

I did a bit of tidy-up on the pantry. I put some stuff in bags into containers. I'm developing this "thing" against bags of stuff on my pantry shelves.

So far today I am being quite lazy... I might try to take a peek in the sewing room closet. I know there is a TON of stuff in there that needs to go. Then again, I might just go run errands and go to the thrift store.

Friday, the REFRIGERATOR! Not on my list of fun things to do.

Going grocery shopping so I thought this would be a good project. Did you know lemons left long enough will turn green, eew.

Threw out a few other old food items and moved some still good leftovers to the front for supper. Saved me from having to cook and it always feels like a free meal. I need to work more on using up things before they go bad.

I got rid of a 22 gallon tote full of Play Doh accessories. Glad the kids are getting rid of these toys. Sure does make cleanup easier!

    hi amy,
just in my opinion, if we are going to continue the daily decluttering thread (which i love and hope we do) would it be less confusing to give the day or date so we know which one is current? Just a thought. i used to go on mainstreetmoms a lot, and we kind of did the same thing, but we used the date.
