I work out the home, so I don't wear tie shoes to work, I wear nice(r) sandals in good weather. Even when I am at home, I prefer to wear casual sandals. I think I only own like 2 pairs of the tie shoes and they are exercise and mowing shoes!

Obviously, when I'm at work, I wear shoes. When I'm at home, the shoes come off the minute I come in the door. It doesn't make me feel any less when I take my shoes off. I'd just rather not track dirt through my house that came in on my shoes. Actually, I make everyone take them off.

Even when I was a SAHM while I maternity leave, shoes were off. It's the one place I disagree with her. State of mind, ladies, state of mind.

I started wearing shoes this Summer. For me, it has made a difference in my attitude. I am also enjoying the fact that my feet, knees, and lower back are not hurting like they used to. I don't obsess about, it's just what works for me.

I like to refer to the time before Flylady as BS or Before Shoes....

When I was at shcool and work all day, shoes wore the first things to come off when I got home. But being home all day now, I honestly think wearing shoes helps me to get more things done, to feel more motivated.

Plus, my 18 mo. old loves shoes and will bring them over to me if I'm not wearing any. "shooos!!" So, how can I say no to that?

I wear shoes while doing routines and take them off when I've finished. The shoes go by the front door so I can find them if I need to go.

I rarely wear shoes in my own house.

However, I have tried wearing them when I have lots of cleaning to do, and, the theory of it motivating a little, via making it harder to flop down and relax, does make sense to me.

I still just don't like to wear shoes in my home.

I love most of Flylady's ideas/routines....but I simply DO NOT wear shoes at home. I wear shoes to work, but I have to take them off as soon as I get home, I just can't stand to wear shoes all day! I have been known to take my shoes off in the car when I'm a passenger--even when driving sometimes too. I like my feet to be able to breathe, LOL and I can get my work done just fine without the shoes.

I usually don't wear shoes at home. I may leave them on if I've been running errands and coming in and out of the house, but usually the shoes come off. Most of the time I wear slip ons.

I hardly ever wear shoes!! I've had to drive home before to get some so that I could get into a store. Now I leave a pair of flip flops in the car.
