Do you have a lot of countertop space
Very little. Much of my bread making and baking has to be done on my kitchen table because I just don't have enough countertop space.

I do since we remodeled!
There was so much space that was never taken advantage of when the house was originally built and we utilized every inch of it that we could.

No not at all. I have a very small kitchen and my microwave is on there too. I have a dishwasher that I have to move to the sink to use so there's some extra countertop space that I use all the time.

Quite a bit! It's my consolation, as when you come through the front door you can view the kitchen past the foyer. I'm constantly putting things off the counter so it's presentable. Not where I'd put a kitchen myself, but it was good reason to remodel the kitchen last year.
Bring on them baby steps...
Step 1: done
Step 2: waiting on amount, hubby had followup colonoscopy, I had visit to ER with followup procedure
Step 3: to follow, won't know aim until things settle
Step 4: to follow, currently at 6%
Step 5: grown child
Step 6: huge mortgage ANNIHILATED!!
Step 7: ahhhh....

I have almost NO counters period. I have a small piece of countertop that is braced to the wall. It's about 18" deep and 4' long. It's too high too, coming up past my waistline, so it's not really conducive for working at. It's just a catchall space
