Question How are the chores divided?

Who does what? Gabe does trash, tubs, and toilets.
He will do many other things like dishes, laundry, mopping, vacuuming etc, but normally I do those things.

My dh is the same as mustang's, although he will occasionally clean the garage and he does mow the yard when it needs it

My husband is the cook and I am the bottle washer. He does the bathrooms and I do the laundry. He does the outside stuff, all the repairs around the house and the car repairs that he is able to do. I do the Kitchen, vacuuming and such.

Jobs are subject to change and moods.. he does the dishes occasionally or the laundry.
    He takes out the trash.

We just kind of evolved into a "whatever needs to be done" style that works for us.

Oh.. he cleans the bird cages... I am alergic to something there that gets in the air.

I basically do everything! LOL I clean the house, do the laundry, grocery shop, cook, do dishes, etc. The only real job DH does consistently is take out the trash--but that is because the trash cans are in his garage.

Right now he is doing the dinner dishes. He lost a game of rock-paper-scissors!

Oh! I also pack our lunches, get the mail, balance the checkbook and pay the bills.

Did I mention I also work full-time outside of the house?!?!?!

But, I love taking care of the house--so I guess I don't mind.

ROFL! I got busted by DH! LOL He wants me to clarify that he DOES do dishes once in a while and tonight he stopped and picked up milk because we were almost out.

    He does deserve more credit.

He also fished on Saturday and brought back TONS of fish for us to eat that normally would have been very expensive.

    {he is listing off all kinds of things he does...LOL...he thinks I'm typing it out!}

My DH goes to work. That is about it. He acts like he does alot more, but I know the truth! He thinks since he makes the money that is good enough.....go figure!

And cook on the grill he likes that!

That is it unless I ask then he will do other things..

I don't think about trash, recyclables, car upkeep, the garage. He carries the laundry up and down the stairs, carries the groceries in from the car and we split the yard duties. He does the majority of home repair and wil dust mop the floors on occasion. Otherwise he hasn't done a dish in years, never does routine sweeping, mopping, bathrooms, goes grocery shopping once a year wwith me etc.....
