Question Do you have enough windows in your home?

Yes until you get to my kitchen. I'd love to have more windows there.

I only have seven... But that is a window a room, and one on the back door... So I guess I have enough windows for the house... They are large too, so lots of light gets in..

You have to remember, we live in NY so sunny days are few and far between. LOL Actually my house seems dark to me most of the time. The living room has 6 windows and the door (I didn't count doors in my 27) but 4 of them and the door are shaded from the front porch which tends to make it dark in there.

3, one in each room. We live in a small apartment and it faces a lagoon, so from each window we can see the water. My kitchen doesn't face the lagoon and it doesn't have a window, I do miss not having a window in the kitchen, but if there was one, I'd probably day dream too much instead of washing the dishes.

My diningroom is a little dark and when we bought this house it was really dark. We helped this problem by putting in a sliding glass door but even now it's not as light as I would like it. I would like to put in skylight. Maybe when it's time for a new roof I will have one installed.
