Do you decorate with the trend that's in or....
Do it your way.
I mostly do it my way and the way I feel comfortable with it. I'm not much into following trends.

I do it my way. As I get older the more beauty I see in simple decorating.

I follow my own taste. I have a fairly classic style so it doesn't date.

My way. I am reducing alot of my household items and my motto now is, " If it doesn't make my heart sing, I dont need it" By the time I am done, I dont really know how much everything will "match" according to decorating standards but I think I will be smiling.

My way. I am, true confession time, a decorating magazine addict, though I don't change my own personal style. Still, I'm very happy that the "shabby chic" look is "in" because it's very helpful when you don't have money to burn

Do it my way. Some of these trends they have out there today are crazy. Watched a show on HGTv and they took paper bags and ripped them up and put it on the wall and put something over it to keep the paper bags up and thought it looked beautiful!
I guess each to their own. I'm a Victorian person all the way.
