How often do you have garbage pickup

Twice a week in our town.

Wed. they pick up burnable garbage.

Friday they pick up non-burnable.

Also if you need anything large picked up, they will pick that up the day you call.

Once a week, if we are lucky. They tend to "miss" us or have a "truck accident" or "holiday" or whatever excuse they can think of to NOT pick up our trash. We have to take recycleabes to the collectino site ourselves, and that is the 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month, which is a problem if it falls on a holiday. Recycleables can sure pile up after 4 weeks!

They come to pick up trash on Mondays and Thursdays. They pick up all recycleables every other Tuesday.

We have our "Wheelie bin" empited once a week on designated day ( ours being Wednesday) once a month they empty the OTHER wheelie bin.

The irritating thing is that our bin for recylcing fills up much faster than the regular rubbish
They are supposed to be looking into that problem............( I won't hold my breath! )

Glass bottles/jars have to be taken to the nearest "bottle bank" ours being outside our local supermarket 1 1/2 miles away

On my street it's every Thursday.

If there's a major holiday during the week, our trash/recyclables are delayed by one day.
