    Okay...it's been awhile since I've asked this of you, so you should be primed and ready.

    SO...get a small trash bag or grocery bag and go through the house until it is FULL! Then, take it out and toss it! If the spirit moves you...fill another one!

    I did it! I do this most every Wednesday in fact, it is garbage night. Sort of like the 27 fling boogie from the fly lady days. My mom will laugh at me - we will be on the phone and I will have to get off and go "gather up junk"!

    I did this and when DS is finished with homework I am going to give him a bag too. Oh yeah, I just may give DH a bag when he gets home. My teenage son has a spotless room so I'm not giving him a bag. He'll be in MY room filling it up.

    We should have at least 3 bags out of here today.

    I do this every Monday night so I can take it out to the trash bins by Tuesday and take them to curb for pick up on Wednesday. Same goes for recycling here - we alternate between one wk is green box (compostable materials: food scraps, snotty tissues lol) and the other is blue box (plastic bottles and cans etc) and gray box (paper).

    This ensures (well for me that is) that its been all collected and then taken out in time to be picked up and removed completely. Not sitting in the garage, out of sight, rotting to be forgotten.

    Plus I usually do a quick tidy (emtpy garbage cans, clean bathroom, sweep, declutter in each room for min of 5 - 15 mins - and toss ALL that needs to go into hamper) on Thursday nights after dinner before tv time b/c some weekends Im at the bf's, cleaning his! *groans* its a work in progress!
