City wide clean up today!

For the next 2 week on our garbage day we can toss just about anything. Just not chemicals etc. I am in heaven this time of year and I am truly going to "clean house!" The old shower doors that dh wanted to "fix", the old rusty dog cage, its all going. whats nice is that so many people are out trash picking and I hope that less actually makes it to the dump!

This week its the house, next week the garage. Ohhh happy day!

Good for you Ama, I love spring cleaning!!!Clening out the ehole backyard and barn and everthing, Last year what we couldn't sell or give away we threw out to the recycling plant. Ah was great knowing that i didn't have to take it with me. lol

This sounds like fun! I wish we had something like this. We have one day for hauling away big items, and I never hear about it until after it's happened. We have 2 different days in spring that the city will accept chemicals and take them to the toxic waste site for us. We have to deliver them to drop off points. Again, I never hear about them until after they're over. They definitely need better advertising. You are so lucky!

We are renting a dumpster next week to begin Operation Bathroom and for the past few weeks I keep saying "when we get that dumpster, "that" is going in there" lol. I love spring cleaning!!!
