    Default dryer balls?

I know this is in the forums probably a few times, but heck if I can find it. Who has used dryer balls and what do you think of them?

I've used them for about a year and a half and like them a lot. I think laundry dries a bit faster with them and gets fluffier (great for towels and cloth diapers!). If you want to try them cheap, just throw a couple of clean tennis balls in your drier, they should work just as well.

I've heard good reports, but don't have them since I don't use a dryer.

I've been curious about them myself. How long do they last?

I got some for a Christmas present, and I am *so* glad that I didn't pay good money for them myself. Not only do they not help 'fluff' up my clothes, they actually created *more* static cling! They've been sitting in the garage sale pile waiting to leave the house.
