~I'm in. I'll fill one bag for Freecycle and one of trash. It shouldn't be too hard now that everything from the storage closet is sitting in the middle of my living room. Ack!~

Okay. I planned to do this anyway, but my house if FULL of boxes of stuff, most of it to go away. (The overflow of the used-to-be bookstore.)

I've been working on decluttering in my bedroom---it's easy to fill up a garbage bag.

I would be in heaven with all of those books! I definitely wouldn't be able to get rid of them! You are a better woman than I!

I've recently purged, however, every couple of months I go through my pantry closet, second-floor storage closet and clothing closets and get rid of what's not needed.

I will, however, tackle the laundry closet soon. So many old cleaners and such with little left in bottles. I need to make an effort to use them up and toss the containers.

You can get to have TOO many books.

    I do!

I came by my obsession honestly, my mom was a bookseller, that's how she met my dad, a college professor. My brother's a college prof. too...So, I grew up in a family of people who read!

And, being me, I took it to an extreme! I own or am storing something like 100,000 books. it's absurd!

But slowly, but surely, I'm getting rid of the boxes. The fun thing about having this many is that you never know what you'll find in a box, I've long since forgotten whatever it was. so, it's always interesting, if not discouraging!

FYI: the Ft. Eddy Rd Hannaford Mkt in Concord, NH has a book table out front, the money goes to the Cancer Society, I think....
