    Default HELP! Gogurt stained pack'n'play...

My husband let our (almost) 14 month old son eat one of those gogurt tubed yogurts by himself in the pack and play. That was a few days ago and I haven't cleaned it because I have absolutely no idea how to get it clean. It's on the big pad on that goes into the bottom of the play area and on the fabric sides of it. It's sturdy, so it's not something that can be thrown in the washer. I've wiped it up but haven't scrubbed it yet - I'm scared of set in staining .

    It's bright pink

Argh! Is it that bright pink gogurt? I haven't found a solution for that!! I have a stained car rug/car seat cover/etc. from that stuff! I'd love to hear if anyone has the answer -- for what it is worth, I've tried carpet cleaner, the stuff with Oxy, machine washing, goo gone ... nothing. Sigh!

I can't help you remove the stain, but I can tell you that Pack and Play makes sheets. Ours got stained with an unknown substance when we moved, and we didn't discover it until DS was born a while later. I never have gotten the stain out, so we use sheets to cover it. We got them at Babies R Us.

try rubbing a little vinegar in the stain. I had a spaghetti sauce stain in my light tee shirt and rubbing a little vinegar on the spot and letting it set in for a few minutes, then rinsing in cold water seemed to help a lot. Then I washed it in the washer and the stain came right out. Can't hurt to try the vinegar and use a damp rag to rinse/wash the stain out of the fabric...I don't think the vinegar would bleach the fabric...
