How often do you change your sheets?
Was just wondering how often people change their sheets and pillowcases. I think I'm going to start changing pillowcases every other day, my face is breaking out with acne(I'm 38, and I'm getting acne
) I usually change sheets every other week but I think I need to do it more often too. Just wondering what everyone else does.

Every weekend! It seems like the only time I have time for it.

Try just changing the pillowcases everyday if need be.I never broke out until I had my last baby (when I was 30). Now I have nice skin (I'm 41) just have to deal with dryness.

Every week unless I just can't do anything then it will be a bit longer. Ours is a waveless waterbed. I have to remove the sides, take off the sheet, tuck in the mattress cover, replace the clean sheet by lifting up all 4 corners of the waterbed, tuck it in, replace the sides, place the top sheet, place the bedspread, and change the pillow cases. Takes me a good 20 min. to do this and by the time I am done I am exhausted. If dh complains that the sheets have been on too long I explain that I'm not capable of doing it right now and if he wants them changed he will do it himself. He hasn't made the bed yet in 3 years so I guess he can live with it. LOL
Although I might add that in the real world where life is normal, I think they are supposed to be changed once a week. LOL"Success on any major scale requires you to accept responsibity."
