Wow! The house looks nicer already! I'm using AnnK's plan(I modified it a little for me). Fri. are for floors. I swept all the floors and steam cleaned the kitchen and bath floors too! It took 1 1/2 hrs. Sat. I will use for my list of things that I need to deep clean. I even went shopping this morning and washed a couple of loads of clothes. Sun. is my day off! Mon: Bed and Bath (do sheets and clean bathrooms). Tue: Bills and wipe down things in the kitchen. Wed: Do the wash, polish furiture, and clean the glass front door. Thrus: Clean porches and shop. THANKS ANNK!

~Great! I like that you're tracking how much time you're spending everyday. Of course it could vary from week to week but it would be nice to know if you're generally doing 3 hours of cleaning on one day and half and hour on another. Then the rest of your days would be easier to plan. I love scheduling cleaning. It really works. Good luck with your new plan!~

I just started doing something similiar myself. I've had to make some adjustments though, during this first week to get everything right...but so far so good!

I need to figure out a similar plan for myself. I am in school fulltime this semester, and as week one ends my house is a mess. Think this weekend I am going to work on a schedule and assign my family some jobs. That way things won't be so overwhelming for me, and the house doesn't fall apart.

the following is my cleaning and laundry plan:

    Monday: living room and kitchen

Tuesday: up and down stairs bathrooms

Wednesday: downstairs kitchen and laundry room (Church night so I don't want to do too much)

Thursday: Sara's bedroom and empty bedroom downstairs

Friday: Master bedroom and downstairs living room

I only do laundry on Tuesday and Thurdsay

My hubby is wonderful in the fact that he will do the dishes every evening!

Hopefully when things get in better order, I will be able to do more deep cleaning in the rooms and decluttering

I looove a clean house. With there only being two of us things are pretty easy to keep clean. I have to vacuum everyday because we have two dogs though. I usually come home on Friday and clean for an hour or so and on Saturday morning finish the little tasks. I like to enoy a clean house on the weekend while I am at home.
