how long does it take you to iron
sheets?
I just realized today that when I iron the sheets on my bed it takes me like 45 mins to do a good job:-(
I was wondering if maybe I'm being too ocd
or if it takes everybody that long

i don't iron them either, because after the first sleep, they don't look ironed anymore, and the blankets cover them anyhow

We don't iron bedsheets, in fact we rarely iron. I make it a point to buy myself non iron pants, shirts, etc. The hubs buys non iron work pants and yes, we take the work shirts to get professionally laundered. Not frugal to some, but well worth it to us with the time we save and the nice crisp look the shirts get. I cannot do as well as they can.

I thought my mom(being the total neat freak she was) was the only one who ironed sheets. I only iron when I absolutely have to....which means an occasional sunday if dd insists on dressing up for church..which is rare.

I also do not iron. I hang our shirts up to dry which gets rid of most wrinkles. I will occasionally iron a button up shirt or my curtains before I hang them up. Usually, though, I hang them to dry so they don't need ironing either.

I don't iron sheets either. Shoot, I rarely iron anything lol. When dh needs something ironed, he generally does it himself. He'll even iron something of mine if I need it done

SHEETS??? Ummmmm, never. Never even heard of it. I iron my hubbys clothes (none of mine need to be ironed) about once every few weeks and it takes me a few hours each time.

I iron everything!! I don't have an electric dryer - so I iron sheets, towels, trousers, tops, the works! I tend to fold the sheets as I iron, thus taking less time and effort. Plus too I have a steam generator iron. It's like an iron, but with a really big water tank attached. It gets very hot and works like a charm. It runs about $100 at Target, but worth every penny! I used to iron for a living when we were stationed in the UK. I have a large steam generating iron for the last 5 years and I wouldn't live without one!!
No you are not OCD in my book - you just appreciate nicely pressed sheets!

I have never ironed sheets. Seems like a waste of electricity to me. Besides, I love the smell of sheets dried in the sunshine!
I will iron my work clothes, if needed.

I have never ironed a bedsheet in my life. I didn't even know people did this.
I take them out of the dryrer and put them right on the bed... and I buy good high thread count sheets.
