Well, I was going to bail on doing the portfolio - then one of my teacher friends talked me into it. So I am staying after school to see how much I can get done before I go home. It's actually looking pretty good. Need to pick up pictures from Walgreens today, then take some more tomorrow and pick them up at lunch time. I am leaving everything here, so I can be more focused at home!!
This is my last course this year (#4)!!
Then I still need to sew and sew and sew and..best of all.....have a massage!!
Have a great evening friends!!Travel light. The baggage of the past can only hold you back.

Great going Donna!!
I think my portfolio is about 90% done and I should be able to finish the rest easily at lunchtime!!
While waiting for my massage I pinned a lot of armhole and neck facings. Tomorrow I need to fit 13 garments and I have 10 ready. Progress is crawling forward at a steady pace.
After my wonderful and extra long massage, I decided not tosew tonight - want my body to enjoy relaxing. Perhaps a little if I get up early tomorrow.
For those still up, enjoy your evening!!Travel light. The baggage of the past can only hold you back.

Ran errands today. Too tired to do anything else tonight. I may cook the chicken. Plan to crochet and listen to audio book.
I should be strung up to the yard arm for sure. I went by Joann's and spent 43 dang dollars. I bought two books, one of them expensive, with coupons, and 10, count them, 10 skeins of yarn. Did I need them? Heck no. Did I want them? You bet!
Red Heart was on sale for 2.19, and they had three variegated ones that I like: Monet print, Artist print, and Seagrass. I use three skeins to make the centers for my favorite afghan done in strips, so I got three each of those, and an extra medium purple to go with the Artist. It was irresponsible, but it was fun. And the yarn no longer fits in my trunk. I bragged about that too soon!Donna
