Went and returned the rods last evening. Picked up some new ones from Home Depot. They're small cafe rods. Hopefully they'll be strong enough to do the job. I'm going to finish off a window quilt today and try it.

Here are some pics of the finished cookie bags, mini loaves of pumpkin bread, and just for fun -- Skeeter begging Nimbus to play with her (kitty was Not Interested); also, paper bags I decorated Wednesday night to hold the 4th batch of chex mix for coworker gifts. I am officially done with all gift prep
