The 2011 Clean and Organized Home Challenge

I picked up all the surfaces in the bedroom, dusted and damp wiped them, and put things where they belonged.

Also doing laundry.

Cleaned the toilet too. Had to refrain myself from doing the entire bathroom. It's not that zone this week!

Phoning people trying to get rid of the last bit of Crafting for Missions stuff...supplies and finished products. May have to wait on that till later this week.

DH went up and helped me change the bed, flip the mattress, topper, etc. One more thing done on the bedroom.

Next up is to pick up the things under the bed and vacuum and mop up there. Should be interesting. I'm sure it hasn't been mopped in years! I'll have to wash the rugs too, while I'm at it.

Rugs were washed, floor mopped, and pictures hung on the wall. I can't believe we've lived here 16 years and haven't put pictures on the bedroom walls!

Today I spent cleaning the sewing room. Still not finished. It's a disaster.

A friend came last night and took most of the Crafting for Missions stuff that didn't sell. The leftover supplies that were donated to us will be donated to the goodwill this week. That will empty out our basement corner again so DH has a workshop area to make some shelving for the utility room this winter.
