Spent some time in the basement today. I had a box full of my cookie cutters and decorations and stuff. Well, I moved here 6 years ago and haven't made any cutout cookies in that tiime, so I pitched all of the sugars, icings, food colorings, etc. from that box, there were 45 items. There were another 10 items from the basement as well.

I've also done some other purging this past week, probably another 20 or so including papers, old pens, some clothes.

75 things gone this week, still need to step it up, but it's good to fill up the garbage!

I worked on de-cluttering my office last week and yesterday. I got rid of a lot of paperwork, so I'm up to 209 items gone for the year. I feel like I'm cheating to count 1 piece of paper as 1 item, but gone is gone... and when I get rid of something big, I still count it as one, so I guess it evens out.

~I purged some more fabric today. So hard! I culled out about 20 yards and a big bag of scraps. Luckily the last batch of 25 yards sold very quickly on my FB group so this one should go fast as well. I've bought fabric so cheap over the years at thrifts, yard sales, clearance and Walmart(never more than $1yd) that I'm actually not losing any money on it by selling it off this way.
I work to recycle materials 90% of the time so why do I keep all this new fabric? I just love looking at it and dreaming. I'm such a "crafter".
Oh, I'm counting all that as 45 items out.~

I cleaned my desk and files out last night, threw out tons of papers, catalogs and misc. junk, I have no idea how many items, I'm going to say 100. I practically filled a paper grocery bag full of recycling from all the papers...
