For those new to the challenge, it is an inverse pyramid. I start it on Saturday, because I have the weekend off, so can get the most done then, but start it whatever day you choose. You can do the full pyramid (start with 12 things on Sat, then 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 1) or the abbreviated pyramid (7,6,5,4,3,2,1) or whatever geometric shape is your personal favourite.

The goal is to knock out LITTLE things that you keep wanting to do, but they are so minor, you keep putting them off. Examples: change a lightbulb, refill a salt shaker, water a plant...

    Good luck and have fun!!

I thought I wouldn't even attempt this challenge this week since don't think I'll be able to do even half a pyramid. OTOH, I do more when I join the challenge, so I'm in again.

Today I'm going to do 5 things:

    Sunday
    1. exercise
    2. work on cat bed
    3. vacuum and dust upstairs
    4. make pita pockets or pizza dough
    5. read one chapter

RD, yes, you are allowed to make the pyramid smaller, if necessary.

I'd like to join in on this. I feel like I've been letting my house and all the little stuff slide lately - I'm still feeling really tired and nauseous (21 weeks pregnant!) and between everyone being sick and the holidays, and and and.... you know how it goes.

I'm going to try 6 things for Monday, 5 for Tuesday, etc.

    6 Things for Monday:
    1. go throw DS's sheets/blankets, hopefully find some to throw away/give away/pack away.
    2. organize my binder for my mother's club
    3. mail DS's thank-you notes from Christmas
    4. mail accident report to car insurance company
    5. fill out and mail in reimbursement for DS's swimming lessons
    6. call local gymnastics place about free gym night on tuesday and see if we can get DS in to at least check out the place this week
Loving wife to DH (8/31/03) and Mommy to Owen Alexander (9/20/06) and Oliver Andrew (5/25/12)
