    Default Attempting inverted gardening...

We have tomatoes and peppers going. One for each big kid. Ds2 was totally uninterested.

It wasn't all that hard. took less than a half hour to do both and install the hooks to hang em from.

    I started some too...
    1 cherry tomato
    1 regular tomato
    1 pepper

they seem to be growing, they are just taking their sweet time about it... with all the hope I planted along with it, you'd think I'd have a bushel already

Always wondered about these and a few other gadgets as seen in gardeners supply catalog. Please be sure to let us know what kind of yield you get from them.
    thanks

How did you put the tomato in the 2 liter? Did you just fill it with dirt and then push 1 plant up in the dirt? I have some extra tomatoes sprouting in my garden and would like to try this.
    Thanks for the idea!

Missy you are one clever gal! I may just give those a go myself as around here all you can grow is rocks!

I think I will forget about the bloodletting part though.

Hope your boo boo's are okay now.

They little plants have already changed their growing direction so the leaves are seeking sunlight. SO it's looking like it will work well.
