    Default my weeds are tomatoes!

    never thought I would see the day I would be pulling tomatos

    I undersant the raised bed that had cherry tomatos last year but we got a load of dirt for a new flower bed I expected lots of weed but I have pulled problably 500 of more 3 inch tomato plants.. go figure.

    Our actual tomatoes are not fairing so well. The "weed" tomatoes look GREAT!

    That's one of the funny bits about growing food ... after a few years, some of the weeds turn out to be food, too. We've also had tomato plants appear in unexpected places. Luckily we've gotten really good about identifying plants when they're tiny. I hate pulling weeds or killing anything. I'd salvage a bunch of those tomato plants and give them to people, if they were in my yard. We swap plants, veggies & things with about a dozen folks in our area -- it's fun and feels good too.

    Our tomatoes are doing okay...we need some sunshine.

    My tomatoes havent even sprouted yet, atleast you know you have some tomatoes, lol I love tomatoes with everything!
