Default What is wrong with my pumpkins?

I have had very few female flowers (2) and the ones that have shown up dried up and fell off the vine before they bloom. Am I lacking something in my soil? The male flowers are out in full bloom and have been for almost a month.

    TIA

I am having the same problem! I live close to Vancouver, BC. Could it be weather related? Not enough water maybe? I never had this problem before.....

My Zukes are growing fine. So are my tomatoes. They are usually the ones that are struggling.

All of my squash-like veggies are doing next to nothing. I thought we weren't watering them enough.

My squash and watermelon that I planted in April, never did anything! Lots of flowers, but nothing else. I have a second round of squash and now pumpkins, I planted them about 2 weeks ago. I hope they do something.

Hi we are in southeastern Idaho.
Had the same trouble with squash-- all kinds-- the summer, and winter squash. the extension service says that it's the weather-- though when we added more composted manure, it did seem to help. next year-- will add more bone meal.
