Default How do you heat your coop?

Colorado winters are COLD. I need a few ideas as to how you heat your coop. I have four chickens.

I am in CO also. Last year we used heat lamps (3) hung from the ceiling in our coop which is 12'x20', and it worked well. We also had a heated base for their waterer so their water didn't freeze. We keep alot of shavings in there also, at least 6 inches deep. Last year we had about 30 birds this year 40+ and they do cuddle up and keep each other warm at night on the roosts. Chickens are really pretty sturdy birds.
