canning sbout to begin
I came home with 12 half pints, pectin, and no sugar added grape juice to make jelly. I also bout more plastic freezer bowls for whatever I need them for.
This week or next week or both I plan to make salsa and jelly.
Nope, in case you were wondering, I never make jelly from fruit. I alway use juice because I.....well I.... cheat okay!!!!

Boy, are you ahead of me! I'm jealous, I have only bought quart jars, and thats because I had a coupon for them.
Whats wrong with making jelly from juice? Last year we made jelly with jello! It will look beautiful in your jars and taste even better! You will have to post a picture! Whoo Hooo, cannings started!!Pine trees, with their needles pointing up to heaven, represent everlasting light and life.
