Default Here's some of my garden so far:

I put 51 mater plants in the ground this past week. The trees are blooming, the grapes & blueberries are getting new growth. I put 9 new strawberry plants in my strawberry bag. When I emptied my bag, I filtered thru & pulled out the old root balls. I've got them in wet soil, to see if they'll come back. They ARE strawberries after all, so we'll see! LOL. Hubba helped me build my bean arbor, and that has "bean" placed. HA, I crack me up!!! My peas are all at least a few inches tall, and the leaves are starting to show their speckled purtiness. I bought 4 more broc starts. They were bigger than mine & at 59¢, I couldn't resist! I've got 2 dill plants in the ground & have started a whole dishpan of more. Once I get the new ones transplanted, I'll start another dishpan, and so on & so forth. I have dutch onions planted, and some salad greens.

I'm sure there's more. OH, Seb & I planted some flowers out front together as well

Your garden looks great! I'm gonna have DH make a bean arbor like yours!

How are your plums doing? I guess I'm not going to get one bloom this year. Thats ok, they have mass produced for years, I guess they deserve a year off.

All those little holes in the bags are where strawberry plants are. Kinda like the topsy turvy idea, only these bags have been around for ages.

THNX, pinetree! Don't have too many plum blooms yet, but they're young trees & it's still early (I hope, LOL)

Thank you! It has been so hard to keep the unwanted plants under control. I actually have one bed I'm losing to.

Ahhh.... it's like a strawberry jar. I have one of those but have never been able to keep anything alive in it.

According to my chart for 5/30:

"Sow directly in garden seeds for sunflowers, nasturtiums, carrots, parsnips. Plant potatoes, onions sets. Plant 2nd crop of radish. (Week of last frost)."

I bolded the ones I'll be planting today, but I'll be doing rutabaga instead of parsnips. I'm going to build my potato bin, so I may get those planted today or tomorrow.

Beautiful Garden! I love the strawberry bag. I hadn't ever heard of one. I will have to check into those for next year.

    Beautiful, I am impressed.

Let us know how things progress......you have a huge garden. Love to see the pics.

The people around here with the 'monster gardens' just amaze/impress me. I struggle to keep up with my few little plants.
Travel light. The baggage of the past can only hold you back.
