One of my tomato plants has flowers!
I'm so giddy beyond belief!
I went outside with DH earlier to talk to him about the garden and stuff, happened to take a look at some of the garden while I was out there. He mentioned that the tomato plant on the left end of the garden looked fantastic and I was like, "I know! Like if you look at the longest branch..."
and then I saw it!
One yellow flower and two green buds right next to it.
He also noticed my tomato plant in my Topsy Turvy wasn't doing so well (some of the leaves were dying off), but I was just overexcited about the tomato plant with flowers that I shrugged it off.
Yay! I'm not a plant killer!Wife to DH since 10/31/2002!

It really is exciting to see those flowers! We still get all excited when we notice a new bloom on the plants. It's like a present

Congratulations on the blossom. They are the sneak peak before the main attraction.

Can I join in on your excitement? I just posted in the harvesting thread. My one little tomato plant has a flower on it. I'm new to growing veggies so I'm very happy to see the beginning of a tomato. We are doing good huh?
