Red face Do you think I am in trouble?

This is just for a chuckle..........but do you think that maybe....just maybe, I might be in trouble with my buttercup squash?

This was my first year growing squash and what an education it has been!!! Had no CLUE that they got this big. Yes, that is a peony that it has gone up through.

This is NOT my porch that it is crawling across. This was a couple weeks ago. I finally pulled it back around and wrapped it around the rose that it had already gone up through.

I am having a similar problem with my zucchini. lol I have 4 zucchini plants and already picked 20 huge zucchini and have at least that many ready or close to ready to pick. I am going to make a bunch of bread, freeze some breaded slices for deep frying (my dh favorite) and shred the rest and freeze in 2 cup batches. (the amount I need for my zucchini bread recipe)

    Nice looking plants

We have pumpkin vines growing crazy out back by the chicken yard.
I have to pick up a vine sometime and head it in a different direction so it does not grow through the chicken wire.

LOL vines sure can run. they go to the darnest areas!

but everyone remember, for every plant you plant for your family, plant one more. Donate those veggies to a food pantry or church situation or something. It is so easy to help others.

being a farmer, I swear I give away more than I sell..HA HA HA---but it is a good thing!
