    Default It's raining, it's pouring

and the hail has knocked down my red corn. I wanted a cheaper method of getting water to my garden but... I guess I should be happy, I mean it's not been all that hot here, and the garden IS gettin watered. And the hens are enjoying going after the worms that have come to the surface because of the rain...

    Is that my silver lining???

I love the rain, so I'm rarely upset when it shows up.

It's been relatively cool and it's rained just about every day this month. June was hot and dry. The garden would have loved this month's weather last month.

And we have FINALLY gotten rid of the rain.......maybe we passed it on to you!

Now we are getting hot and my tomatoes have jumped up by leaps and bounds.

    There you go, finding joy.
Sorry about your corn, that happened to us last year I think it was and it had been growing so nicely, didn't want to stand back up though. Oh well. We didn't plant any this year.

I am holding out hope that maybe some will want to stand back up again. It is still green and vibrant, so perhaps even if it doesn't want to stand, maybe it'll continue to grow as it is... maybe.
