plums
I just had a wonderful neighbor come by and give me a nice box of plums and I can go get more if I want them. Any suggestions on what to do except eat them? We are trying to cut back on processed sugar but we haven't given it up entirely. Low sugar plum butter maybe?

If you're sensitive or allergic to Splenda - you can make jams/preserves with them or serve it in a glazed type sauce on meat - pork?
Congrats on the kind neighbour.2012: The Year Of The Purge!

I was gonna say Jelly! But I bet plum butter would taste really good as well. Would you add spices?
