The Viking is a beautiful white tuber. The yield per plant is low in number, but the tubers are quite large. This is a welcome addition to any garden. The yield is 33 pounds from nine plants.

I might have to check those out, considering they're a good potato to grow in Saskatchewan and most of southern Saskatchewan shares the same plant hardiness zone as where we're moving to. We eat a lot of potatoes and I'd love to grow some of my own.
