Issues with negative grading
The house that we bought has some negative grading around the foundation. The inspector pointed it out and suggested we fix it when the snow melts. I have heard of using topsoil and compacting it, but you have to do it every year apparently.
Does anyone recommend a specific type of rock to use and a particular type of cloth? We plan on doing gravel/cloth/rock to fix the grading. It's about a four foot spacing between the house and the fence.Wife to DH since 10/31/2002!
