Sunbathing on a balmy 8ºF day
Makes me cold just looking at these ducks. There were a couple deer crossing the ice just beyond the ducks but they moved out of camera range by the time I grabbed my camera.

They do look comfortable don't they? In the Spring we have them in our pool, long before it totally thaws out.Makes me shiver to see them, but they seem to enjoy themselves.

Well that gives me hope. They must be heading north to the warmer weather. It's only 7 degrees here.
As long as the sun is shining I won't complain..... er maybe. I keep watching for robins and crocus but no luck yet. Maybe next week when we are suppose to be in the low to mid 40's. Thanks for sharing.

Oh Brrrrrrrrrr!
I saw a couple robins last week too. They are here really early and we are supposed to get more snow next week. They sure were getting the worms though............it has been so cold and the worms were close to the surface.
