Talking My square foot raised beds

~Just a pic for you to enjoy.
I've only planted lettuce, peas and spinach so far. Everything else will be planted the first week of May(according to the almanac).
I customized my grids since I learned that the Roma tomatoes I started were determinate(meaning big and bush like)and would need at least a 2X2.
I still need to make my tomato trellis for my Big Boy tomatoes.
And I got to use power tools for the first time while making the grids(unless you count the battery operated screwdriver I used as a teen). Fun!~

    Power tools are your friends!

I like how you did the grid. Last time I used string and after a while (you know - before it broke!) it turned the same colour as the dirt and I could never find it unless I did the "blind man" feel... I like your way much better

Hope to see more pics of the bounty!!!

    Nice job!

Power tools are addicting. Life is sooooooo much easier with good tools! DeWalt is my personal favorite. I'm not usually brand-loyal but I make an exception for DeWalt stuff.

You should see the look of terror on my husband's face when I go into any store with a tool section and my credit card in my pocket.
