Who has Hummingbirds?!
Timing is everything & I'm a happy lady. We put our feeders out around 2 this afternoon and by 5 we had our first customer. Woohoo!
Every year I post to the Hummingbird Migration Map with a smile on my face. Just something special about those little birds.
You put your feeders out? Thinking of maybe trying for the first time?~*Darlene*~

It's a little early for us yet. They usually don't show up here till the second week in May.

I saw my first one yesterday. I have a plant on the back porch that's supposed to attract them, but this bird was just checking things out and just as attracted to my red soda can as it was to the flowers.

My roses are blooming and a hummingbird tried to run me over this morning, lol. It buzzed my head real close so I must have been close to it's nest? I love them too but can't set out feeders because the wind gets too strong here.

They are here year-round, so I keep feeders out all the time. Right now, I have about 50 coming/going around four feeders on the deck. I need to get a new feeder, because they are draining these four so quickly, I can fill them up in the morning and they will all be empty when I get home from work. (And one of them holds 4 cups of nectar!)

Our hummers may not be back yet, but we heard a loon late last night, and just now saw it down on the lake. Maybe spring will get here eventually after all.

A hummer buzzed my window a couple of weeks ago. I jumped up and filled the feeder and hung it out.

We put our feeder out on March 21st. The first hummingbird showed up on April 3rd. So far, I have only seen males. The females should be showing up soon.
They've been doing their territorial dive-squawk at me any time I've been out in the garden.

Thanks for posting the link to the map. I've never seen that before. I saw my first hummingbird a couple of days ago (central Pennsylvania). I have to clean out the feeders and get them out this weekend.
