Default Help me identify this tree?

It has fuzzy buds and these white flowers (which don't last long before falling off in pieces).

    My first guess is Magnolia.

I was going to say Magnolia also ..but with no leaves? Magnolias are big here in Florida but I've never seen one bloom here or Tennessee without leaves. The center dosen't look quite right either but I'm sticking with Magnolia.
Magnolias have a "cone" that eventually falls and makes a big mess. Daughter in Tn says they leave purple nasties. You don't want a car parked under one in a storm. Dent city.
Bank of America is THE godfather of Hell with Wells Fargo running neck and neck. When the world ends the only things that will be left are cockroaches, Walmart, Wells Fargo and Bank of America. Not necessarily in that order. The order remains to be seen.
