There are six plants in the garden and this is the second year of growth, so minimal picking is undertaken. The plants are in different locations in an attempt to find the most suitable growing conditions. The quality is excellent and the color is ideal. It is cooked for about ten minutes until mushy with sugar to taste.Durgan

I have mine under the cherry trees, I dont know why but they grow like wildfire there. I moved one to open sunshine and it doesnt seem to like it to well, so might move it back.
I'm getting ready to pick, going to make jam and strawberry/rhubarb pie.Pine trees, with their needles pointing up to heaven, represent everlasting light and life.

Looks yummy!
I have a TON of Rhubarb in my yard. I actually just froze a bunch today, 27 cups of it!
