What an absolute inspiration you are!!! And you're in my neck of the woods. I'm woefully far behind you - my plants are no where near as developed as yours.

Is this harvest for you and your family only or are you going to sell some of the produce?

I'm so glad you shared - you are living my dream!

There just just me and the dog, Ginny. I feed the neighbors. The garden gives me something to accomplish. I experiment somewhat in an attempt to improve quality, and germination rates. I try to take pictures to demonstrate success efforts,

Am always trying to get quality. This can be a challenge with inclement weather, bugs, and bacteria.

This year I am going to pressure can much produce in juice form, since it is relatively easy and allows me to save a lot of the produce. I only started this in the late Fall last year.
