    I was going to ask if it was freezer jam LOL. Sounds delicious either way. I didn't realize you could use frozen fruit or plastic containers (duh!). I never tried any kind of jam making before but if it's that easy, maybe I will make a small batch one of these days if I see frozen fruit on sale.

    Have you ever tried blackberry raspberry jelly? My MIL had frozen some juice from each. She had cooked it down and strained it. I made jelly out of it and it is the best I have ever had. Even better than wild strawberry. ( less work too I might add.)I did the sterilized jar and canner version.
