    23 June 2011 Lily in Bloom 23 June 2011 Lily in Bloom

    Two patches of lily are in bloom. One bed is about 8 feet by 8 feet and the other is about 3 by 3. The plants survive the Winters with no difficulty.

    Yes, the red flowers are Shirley poppies. I scatter the seed around various places. They are always so delicate and pretty.

    They are beautiful. Mine are bright orange, I'm going to see if I can get some in your colors.
    Pine trees, with their needles pointing up to heaven, represent everlasting light and life.
