    Default Good looking chicks

    Got your attention! A couple pics of the chicks currently residing at my place -



    Destined for the freezer or canning jars - this shot is about half of them at 5 weeks old.


    Got 9 of the little buggers - Mama was hiding some - some of which will be future egg layers - the rest - chicken stew.

    The next one isn't a chicken but will be freezer bound in the fall of 2012.

    Pretty critters!
    I would love to have some farm critters but I know I would become WAY too attached to them.
