    Default Yellow Beans

Four liters of yellow beans were picked from an eight foot row. The beans were processed into juice and pressured cooked for long term storage at room temperature. A juicer that was given to me was utilized to extract the maximum material from the stained beans.

I always just eat my beans, I've never thought to drink them. We only grow the yellow now , easier to see to pick, lol.

I like the juice, since it is simple to produce and one can get sufficient nutrients with little effort. This is for use in the off season. The conventional methods are utilized during the growing season when produce is fresh. I will eat a lot more beans in the juice form than if cooked in the conventional manner. Good or bad?
