There was a variety of vegetables in the garden so juice was made from them. Available were peppers, celery, carrots, tomatoes, beans, cucumbers. Procedure was to cook, mash, strain to separate fiber, then pressure Can for long term storage at room temperature. The process is relatively easy, but does take time, and it is a convenient method of utilizing excess produce. Nothing was added except about two liters of water.
