bargain greenhouse and it may not work
a neighbor said he would sell me his greenhouse for $50 but it may be too big to fit where we need it. I am so disappointed it needs work but I can see the possibilities.

$50 sounds like a great deal. How big is it and how much work does it need?

I have had three greenhouses over the years. Almost any greenhouse is better than none. I only use mine for growing starting plants, mostly for the light. An existing greenhouse takes some effort to move, depending upon its construction.
Finally I built one on the deck and really like it. It is heated by a ventless natural gas heater hooked to the barbecue gas outlet. Ten thousand BTU, which keeps the frost out on cold nights in the Spring.Durgan

Maybe the size could be altered, or you could make it a lean-to and just use parts from the framing to make something totally different. It doesn't take much anymore for the building materials alone to be worth more than $50.
Look it over carefully, see how it's constructed, and think about whether or not you can configure it in a different way. We've got the same problem with one of those temporary carport dealies, which is too long for our space, so we'll simply leave off some of the ribs and shorten it. If that doesn't work, I have tools, skills, and a creative mind.
Don't give up, just start thinking outside the box. You'll come up with something.

It is a lean to. I am hoping we could cut off the support that hooks to the building shorten by a foot and then re bolt it back on. For $ that price it is worth a try While we are at it we need to move or add another door Though I could enter from the work shop
It has plastic panels and one has a gap. good for air flow when it is hot LOL I think we can patch it some how.Meg

That's a great price! Think outside the box and come up with some type of plan. You don't want that deal to get away!
