    Still want to try to make pickled garlic. I had some at a nearby creperie and it was so good - didn't have that full, strong garlic taste but rather a mellow, tangy flavor. I loved it.
    Goals:
    Lose 25 lbs (exercise at least 3 times/wk/eat healthy)
    Spend less
    Save more $ in ES
    Frugal challenge
    Do three things daily
    One new recipe a week
    Prep for zombie apocalypse

    Mt garlic is so hot, that if eaten raw, I cook a bit with butter in a cast iron frying pan. This kills the initial sting.

    I planted my garlic and shallots on 11/4.
    Right is right even if no one else is doing it. Wrong is wrong even if everyone else is doing it.
