    If you smoke: You are, A Dead Man Walking.

    WASH out all stinky ashtrays everyday.

    Brush your teeth five of more times a day.

    Listerine after EVERY TIME, or at least five times a day.

    You body odour may improve.

    That will give you an extra five years. (you will still lose 15)

    My husband has a medical practice so a smoker is a cash cow walking( Initally walking that is.)Grins.If there is one tip I would give anyone it would be that you can have a better quality of life, and sometimes extend your life,simply by the lifestyle choices you make. Smoking kills, and it harms those around you. Sometimes physically, sometimes emotionally. Thanks for the reminder.

    I think anyone who smokes knows they are harming themselves. So your point is? To discuss breath & body odor? If you don't care for smoke, don't do it or hang around people who do.

    Smoking is legal. If you like smoking, don't do it. It's not rocket science.

    One benefit . . . it generates a lot of cash. I'm sure if lead were as profitable they would have kept it in paint. When cash is king, the hell with our health and environment.
