    Seriously? You don't like sugar? Don't eat it. Why do you care what other people eat? It's not your business what other people choose to do with their diet, body etc.

    I eat a healthy , whole unprocessed primal diet and I could maybe waddle despite a so called stellar diet. My dh is thin and full of muscle with no trying and healthy as a horse despite eating terrible. Blessed genetics

    When it comes to what is proper nutrition there are going to be everything from broad extremes to moderation. What is proper for one persons life and body may not be for another.
