I am also going to try this, and am really wondering how it would work to grow in the house during the winter.

I love Suzanne's site, always wonderful ideas and everyone is so pleasant. Many good homesteading methods and recipes. I did do her method of celery, last summer and works perfect. I did in my garden and in a pot.

Hi Nikko You are in the perfect climate to do this! Hugs all.

I'm definitely going to give this a try. I'll put it in a pot next to one of the AeroGardens so it can use the spill-over light from that.

Took the bottom off the celery I bought today and have it in a saucer of water in my kitchen. I'm going to pot it tomorrow and see what happens.
